Responsibilities (May Vary by Role)
Support warehouse racking installations or project logistics
Assist with scheduling, sourcing, or layout planning
Communicate with team members and customers
Stay organized and dependable on job sites or in the office
Contribute to team success by stepping in where needed
Learn and grow across different areas of the business
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction, warehousing, operations, or logistics is helpful
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to follow instructions and adapt in a growing company
Bilingual (English/Spanish/Mandarin) a plus, but not required
